Warranty and returns
At FurCarer Europe, we strive to deliver high-quality products and keep our customers satisfied. However, it's possible that a product doesn't meet your expectations. This page explains how returns, cancellations, and warranty policies work at FurCarer Europe.
Right of withdrawal
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify FurCarer Europe within this period by email. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have fourteen days to actually return the product.

Warranty
FurCarer Europe guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet your reasonable expectations. The statutory warranty applies to all products.
If a product exhibits a manufacturing or material defect, please contact our customer service. Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, or external causes is not covered by the warranty.
