  • FurCarer Europe is the official webshop for high-quality medical and health products for pets. Through our webshop, you can order technologies and solutions that help monitor important health data, with the aim of improving your pet's well-being and quality of life.
  • Ordering through www.furcarer-europe.com is easy. Simply select the product you want, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed through the secure payment process. After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can often assist you.
  • FurCarer Europe accepts various common payment methods. These include iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options. During checkout, the available payment methods are clearly displayed so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
  • Once your order is successfully completed, it will be processed and shipped. In most cases, your order will be delivered to the address you provided within a few business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the delivery address. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way.
  • If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us within fourteen days of receipt by emailing info@furcarer-europe.com. After notification, you have another fourteen days to return the product unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. The risk for a correct and timely return lies with you as the customer. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within fourteen days via the original payment method.
  • If your product is damaged, appears defective, or does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact our customer service at info@furcarer-europe.com. Please describe the problem as fully as possible and, if possible, include images so we can assist you as best as possible. If there is a manufacturing defect or a warranty claim, we will find a suitable solution or compensation.
