Return Policy
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
The cost of returning a product is the consumer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed. The consumer bears the risk and responsibility for a correct and timely return.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which it is legally permitted, such as products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and whose seal has been broken. If an exclusion applies, this will be clearly stated on the product label.
